Dr Linda Spedding is an international Lawyer and Adviser, qualified as a Solicitor (England and Wales), Advocate (India) and Attorney at Law (USA). She has worked at the Legal Service of the European Commission and in matters before the European Court. She provides consultancy to law firms and clients in the private and public sectors, as well as in the not for profit sector. As a practitioner and Visiting Professor she has advised, trained and spoken on sustainable development, CSR, alternative energy and climate concerns, business risk and crisis management, responsible, ethical and transparent business relationships. Her professional writings have been published extensively in many articles and 18 books. Her focus is to make laws and values accessible and therefore implemented more effectively.

Christina Mangino

Christina Mangino has over 20 years of yoga practice with an inspirational style of teaching, invoking humor and joy in the spirit of celebration. Although long interested in yoga, Christina began delving deeper into yoga after moving to London in 2000 and during her first pregnancy in 2003. In 2012, her focus shifted to intensive study of the principles of Yoga and Vedic Teaching under the tutelage of Dr. Swami Purna.
Since that time, she has continued her spiritual method of yoga practice and studied the Purna Health Management System (PHMS) extensively. She is a contributor to the publications of PHMS. Christina’s practices incorporate asana, meditation, contemplation, mantra, breathwork, and music.
